I'm a nationally sought-after speaker and consultant, passionate about sharing the knowledge and expertise I've gained in over 30+ years in public education. My journey has taken me through a variety of roles, from classroom teacher, adjunct professor, district and SELPA administrator, as well as consultant. Every opportunity has shaped my deep understanding of how to build sustainable, integrated systems that meet the needs of ALL students. 

Through research and hands-on experience, I've developed a powerful, integrated approach that helps educators and education partners be preventative, proactive, and responsive. I love guiding leaders and districts in creating systems that don't just work for today but support long-term success for every student.

I've had the privilege of collaborating with Keenan and Associates as an expert in behavioral health and special education. As an adjunct professor, I've also had the opportunity to teach and mentor students at California State University, San Bernardino, and National University.
